DBT’s Cookies & Sweets, LLC. does not operate a retail store.

We operate as a Made-To-Order Snack Producer providing prepackaged (home-style baked) bake goods and fresh baked cookies to our selected vendors, specialty retail partners and of course to consumers directly on-line.

What exactly does “Made-To-Order Snack Producer” mean?

It means that we do not, make your order until you tell us to!  While we do have retail partners with an assortment of goodies, orders of our cookies, cakes, and snacks are bake fresh to order for each and every customer.  This is why we ask you to order no later than 1 p.m. for next day service – so that we can maintain the high quality and optimum freshness of your baked goods

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order whenever possible. Since we do make each and every order just for you, please make changes to your order no later than 1:00 pm the day before your event. In the event of a change or cancellation after this time, your order will have already been process into our production schedule, and a cancellation/change fee of 15% may apply.

What do I put under special instructions?

Do you provide same-day delivery in the Los Angeles area?

Our cookies, cakes, pies and desserts are baked to order for you, so we ask that you try to order by 1:00 pm (pst) for next-day service.  However, if you find yourself in a DBT’s Cookies & Sweets – “Sweet Emergency”, please feel free to call us  – we may have what you are craving in our "Sweetness you want and Goodness you Deserve" ~ Goodie Case.

What is the shelf-life of your product?

DBT’s Cookies and Sweets does not use any preservatives. As with all high-quality fresh baked goods, our cookies products are best eaten the same day. However, they are perfectly delectable and tasty three to four days later after opening. Our brownies and cakes are moist, for extended freshness beyond four days simply place them in your freezer and thaw later when wanted. All pre-packaged "retail" cookies products are packaged and sealed in re-sealable pouches for freshness and are dated for best by date.

Do you use tree nuts in your products?

Yes, some of our cookies, bars, pies, and cakes contain tree nuts.  However, since we use nuts in our kitchen, it is possible that all of our products have trace amounts of tree nuts. 

We are open Monday through Friday 6:00 am-6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am-5:00 pm and Sunday we are closed.

We are close for Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years’ Day.  We are open with modified hours on Memorial Day and Labor Day – call for details.

Yes!!! DBT's does deliver near you. We offer cookies delivery of cookies Monday through Saturday for all Business and Office Gift(s) orders only, within 15 miles of the greater Los Angeles area and surrounding communities. (All home residential orders are ship via USPS or UPS).
